Return and Refund Policy

Goods sold are NOT RETURNABLE NOR REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.


Product Defects

1. All food will be packed and sealed in clear plastic. If the package is not in good condition when you receive, please don't let the delivery partner to leave.

    a. Don't accept the parcel, contact us and take a photo and send us the photos.

    b. Customer Service will advise, if to ask the delivery partner to return it to us or to discard the item. 

    c. For returned item, we will ship out new item within same day or three (3) working days if the specific item is unavailable.

2. If you accidentally received the package and only found the defect products after you open the package,

    a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

    b. Customer service will evaluate for compensate within three (3) working days.

3. If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,

     a. Take a photo of the received item and send to our customer service

     b. Customer service will evaluate for replacement or compensation within three (3) working days.
